Natural Diamond Warranty

The diamonds and jewelry sold by colour diam limited are made of 100% authentic untreated natural colored diamonds of a consistently high quality and value unless clearly stated otherwise. Independent laboratory certificates from IGI,CGL,AGT,GIA, EGL, AGS, HRD or IGI are obtainable upon request for all diamonds , however additional charges may apply.

This warranty covers each item of fine jewelry for defects in manufacturing only, and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear, physical or accidental abuse, loss and theft. This warranty is valid only at colour diam limited ,Improper repairs or warranty services performed by someone other than COLOUR DIAM LIMITED will render this warranty null and void. colour diam limited. disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this item, including its merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

colour diam limited. reserves the rights to make changes and updates to the Loyalty Program, the platforms and their contents, configuration and presentation at any time and without the need for prior notice, including these Terms and Conditions. colour diam limited also, at any given time, reserves the right to decide upon the continuity of the program. Should any user not agree with these terms and conditions, he or she must stop using the Loyalty Program.
